The Robotic rock STAR collector is an only-designed lunar rover made for the propose of collecting regolith. As part of its functions, it can go up to 7.46 mi/h (12km/h), it charges by solar power and it can hold, thanks to the design, up to 9 lb and it has an illumination system to help the sensor and the cameras see perfectly at the space darkness; also, it has a low-power antenna to communicate. All the rover is built in carbon fiber. The collection system is one of the most important parts of the rover, it drills the surface up to 0.66 ft and it vacuums the dust result of the drilling, and to the pieces of regolith, it has tweezers that elevate enough to vacuum through the tube The rover has these measures: 3.5 ft x 2ft and weights without the cargo 132.28lb (60kg)
