NASA Robot

My robot is very qualified in many ways. For example, It will have a heavy duty steel bucket for efficient transporting of the moon dirt. This bucket will also be moveable in many ways like a Bobcat. Including folding that makes it easier for transportation. Also, it will have off road tracks that pop out with the press of a button. All this will be powered by solar energy from the blazing hot sun. However the problem of the moon dust is a big factor, and I have found a way to get rid of it. Nasa has been developing a paint that they use on devices to protect them from the dust. I have decided to use this as my problem solver. So, all in all I think my rover is the best option for your program.
