I have created a design for a Lunar Robot that will hopefully be put in space to help astronauts on the moon and other planets. It's been designed to collect dirt to be stored until a later date and to move around the lunar surface. I’ve taken the liberty of naming it “Rover the Robot'' which I believe matches it quite nicely. There's a sliding tube that when needed will open so that the lunar soil piles up and is collected in the storing tank. Then the tube door will close so none of the collected dirt will fall out. After that the robot will take the collected lunar soil to the desired dropoff location. I hope that this design demonstrates the ideas for our bot, and maybe we can just build this rover to send up there. Maybe one day we can learn more about the things around us.
