Blade is made of platinum. A 6-inch tube squirts out garden slime, which makes the sticky soil on the moon non-sticky. Also, a layer of stainless-steel mesh generates an electric field, which propagates up through an outer layer of tightly tufted fibers made of PEDOT, a conductive polymer material. The electric field repels the lunar dust particles, which themselves carry a tiny electric charge. This will repel the dust particles. The main shape of Blade is a rectangle, and the wheels scoop up the soil. Little holes are everywhere on the wheels, so soil can get in. Once the wheels are half full, the platinum will cover the holes, making it so the soil cannot get out. The wheels are not that big, and I do not know how much concrete you need, so I am guessing that Blade will be taking more trips with less dirt.
