My rover TASE (The Awesome Space Explorer) has two vacuums to suck up the regolith; the one in the back is designed to suck up regolith the front one missed. There is a protective cover to prevent the regolith from sticking Everything runs on solar energy with an antenna to control it from a space station.
There is a parachute to help it land. The weight of the robot is low because there is not an engine. Per trip, it carries a medium amount of regolith.
The wheels are spiky and break up the ground so the vacuum can suck up the regolith.
