My robot will be a cube. It will be placed on tracks so that it can easily move across the terrain. The bottom 2/3 of the cube will be empty so it can carry the moon dust easily in a large amount. The vacuum attachment will be 6 inches in diameter. It will hold a backup solar battery to prevent power failure.
The probe will be equipped with transparent electrodes to enable a vacuum system to easily collect the moon dust and transport it into the inside of the cube. Operations of the robot will be done remotely by computer programs; the robot will be equipped with a small satellite antenna on top to help with communications.
The robot will be equipped with EDS so that it will be dust resistant. It will be made with carbon-carbon materials; this will also make it light weight and temperature resistant.
