The robot will be autonomous but if it gets stuck people from earth can control it. It will use aerogel to keep it cool and warm (only when needed). We'll also use hydro power as a main source of power and nuclear power for backup. It will keep heavy stuff close to the center, and the speed will be controlled by ai for optimization, the speed can be controlled manually from earth as well. The tires will be mesh with a ring of metal in the center. For dust control It will use a coating and HOMES where needed. It will have a dustpan like front so that while it moves it scoops up regolith and it can close because of cords pulling it shut. The storage will be made from fiberglass allowing it to compact, effectively compressing anything inside using the same cords.
