Lunar Exploration and Excavation Rover
The LEER has a large scoop at the front to pick up large amounts of lunar regolith and then deposit it at the moon base. It uses 4 multi-segmented wheels to traverse the lunar surface. Using an anti-static coating and semi-frequent dustings using a electron beam, the LEER is able to keep itself dust free.
