The rover that I designed is called Trinity. Trinity’s body and head would be made of neodymium. The sucker that will be a part of the head will be made out of samarium. My rover’s wheels would be made of cast aluminum alloy. To clean Trinity’s wheels, just get a lightweight towel with no water on it and just wip the wheels. To charge the rover, plug in a cord to the back where it fits and connect to the plug on a solar panel. Trinity will only go out to collect lunar dust in the daytime. In the meantime, it will charge at nighttime. After it has collected the maximum amount of lunar dust that it can carry, then it will roll over to a container and dump the lunar dust in, but Trinity can only dump the lunar dust in the daytime.
