Passerby

My rover (The Passerby) would 3f x 2f x 2f. It would have a vacuum which would suck the lunar dust from the soil with its extendable arm. It would then keep all of it inside itself where it would be stored until it is ready blow it out. It would also be solar powered with a solar panel on its back. It would carry a fair amount of soil with each trip. The Passerby would be able to work for a while due to the solar panel on its back.
