The Driller

The Driller is 1ft tall x 2ft long x 1.5ft wide. The Driller will move on wheels with a cover made of aluminum to not attract lunar dust. The Driller will operate with a battery-powered remote control with a long antenna, to connect to the antenna also on top of The Driller. To scoop the lunar dust, you press the down button on the controller, and the scooper on The Driller will go down to the ground and scoop a small amount of regolith and turn it into a container that will carry and dump the lunar soil at the Artemis base.
