My robot is quite simple. It will have a digging tool and a storage unit to move lunar dust and treaded wheels, so they do not jam. It will be shaped like a rectangular bucket which will be used to carry lunar dust. Since lunar dust is negatively charged, a positive charge could cause lunar dust to stick, and a negative charge could cause it to be released. The bucket-like shape could be positively charged when transporting dust, and negatively charged when taking it out. The treads on the wheels can be shocked with a negative charge so prevent dust from sticking. Since it will be manually controlled, it also has a camera. The digging tool can pick up dust with a positive charge and put it in the storage unit, releasing the dust with a negative charge.
