I designed the Lunar Excavation Rover (LER) as my rover. The LER is 2.9 feet by 2 feet by 1.3 feet. The LER has a storage center to store the lunar soil. It has track wheels for transportation. It also has solar panels around it. It has a digging shovel to move lunar soil, and it has a pipe similar to a vacuum pipe that sucks up the lunar soil and brings it to the storage center. The pipe has a flexible hose that reaches all parts of the machine to dust it off periodically. The rover controls itself, although you may need to control it manually sometimes. The rover has cameras on the front when driving manually.
