This rover digs down using the drill at the bottom, and then cuts out tiles of lunar regolith with a laser, storing it in an empty square attached to the back of the rover. It then uses its rockets to go up and out of the hole it dug. Then it lowers the wheels and takes the rocks to their drop-off location. To deal with the lunar dust, the outside of the whole rover is made of lunar regolith. This will also deal with the temperature because the lunar regolith must not freeze or melt, or else the moon would be melting or freezing all the time! (the name stands for I can not think of a name.)
