My design mainly features three components; the dust cleaner, bucket wheel, and the continuous track. The dust cleaner has Roomba-like sensors and it magnetically drives on the rover. It has electron zappers designed by NASA's engineers, as seen in this link https://science.nasa.gov/technology/technology-highlights/new-moon-duster-will-help-clean-nasa-assets-in-space . This is what will be removing the dust as it drives on the vehicle. The bucket wheel is retractable for on the move and does the excavating when it is not. Lastly, the continuous track will help the rover move over nearly any terrain efficiently. This all will be powered by the various solar panels listed.
