The rover has solar cells and pushes regolith instead of scooping it. It has a light sensor to detect if its night or day. When it is night, it will activate batteries. When it is day, it will activate solar cells that both charge the batteries and keep the rover moving. There will be a ramp lets the rover push regolith into the holding container. The rover runs on tracks that have sponges to clean off lunar dust so that the sharp lunar dust does not hurt the rover parts. Water will be squirted at sponges to clean off lunar dust.
