The Scoop picks up the lunar soil and then the Vacuum sucks it up. The blue part is Something to make it not stick so it does not get blocked. The Brush brushes Extras Off. The Container Collects the soil. The red thing Blocks the soil from floating away. It's powered by gears. The wheels are Flexible so they can go over bumpy objects.
