Scavenger a Lunar Rover

By the year 2024 the human race will travel to the moon however they need a rover to transport lunar soil, I propose a rover called Scavenger. The main purpose for the Scavenger rover will be to collect lunar soil and it will do that by opening the hatch located on the top of the rover and the hydraulic arm located on its rear end to pick up the lunar soil and drop it into the hatch. It has two cameras, one in the front and one on the arm. It will deter the lunar dust by having a coating of NASA’s new coating technology. Scavenger will have six wheels and will be shaped like a thin rectangle. Scavengers will most likely have little time to charge due to being sent out constantly to collect soil so it will have solar panels to power it when it's on its mission.
