My lunar rover is meant to be operated from a nearby base. It will have a solar station outside of a base that it can recharge at, and once it leaves it can use its advanced internal computer to navigate itself or be remote controlled by an astronaut. The RCV, has an extension arm, like that of the ISS, where it can attach a vacuum or a drill to bring in soil and place it onto dirt trays which extend automatically and are located on either side of the RCV. This vehicle features a battery at a low center of mass, so it takes a lot to flip it over. With 6 wheels, four on the front power it, and the rear two and middle two steer. It also features a multitude of cameras, GPS, temperature, seismograph, and many other varying scientific technologies which can be used to study Luna.
