Mars Staple Gun

The project that I made is a medical staple gun that the astronauts will take to Mars with them. The material I used to make the staple gun was ABS plastic, which makes the gun light weight and easy to use. The staples are made out of zinc-plated steel, giving them maximum strength. I created this device for the astronauts to take with them in case they suffer a major injury such as a gash or very big cut. The wound can be located anywhere on the body and due to the design of the staple gun, can easily be stapled up. The staple gun does not come with a holder or case, so finding a safe place for it and the staples is essential for taking it up to Mars.
