I made a red velvet cake and decorated it to look like the surface of Mars. In the center of the cake, is the Jezero crater, in which Persevearence has landed. I hand-crafted Perseverance out of a marshmallow and a lot of fondant. Her "aluminum wheels" are Hershey kisses covered in fondant. Perseverance had a sweet landing on Mars!
