Caffeine, usually found in drinks like coffee and tea is a stimulant, meaning it stimulates the brain and keeps you awake. Caffeine is relevant in our world in terms of offices and schools and regular day-to-day life. Stimulants have been used throughout history as a way to stay awake and be productive.
