Yummy Chocolate

Chocolate, the yummiest of all foods and every kid's favorite, is made from cocoa bean. Theobromine is the primary alkaloid found in Cocoa. Theobromine is formerly known as Xantheose. The molecular composition of Theobromine is C7H8N4O2. Thebromine is slightly water soluble, crystalline, bitter powder. This is white or colorless. It has similar but lesser effect as caffeine on human nervous system.
