Flammable Air Methane

Methane is made of four Hydrogen and one Carbon (CH4). Alessandro Volta was a physicist who discovered methane in November 1776. Other names for methane are marsh gas, natural gas, carbon tetrahydride, and hydrogen carbide. Methane is found in many places throughout the Solar system. It can be used as rocket fuel or fuel for everyday things such as water heaters, automobiles, turbines and ovens.
