Hydrogen Peroxide

Hydrogen Peroxide is a compound that is used mainly to prevent infection of minor cuts, scrapes, and burns. It's chemical formula is H2O2, very close to the formula for water. Since it does have more oxygen than water it can purify the water, therefore making it more healthy and safer to drink. It is very flammable as well and can be dangerous if used incorrectly. Most people don't know this but you can turn hydrogen peroxide into toothpaste if you mix it with baking soda and salt!
