Sodium Bicarbonate

The molecule I would like to use for my atomic model is Sodium Bicarbonate. Sodium Bicarbonate's chemical formula is NaHCO3. Sodium Bicarbonate is baking soda and is used to relieve heartburn, acid indigestion. Occasionally doctors would prescribe Sodium Bicarbonate to make a patient's blood or urine less acidic. Sodium Bicarbonate, or Baking Soda as some may call it, is also used for cleaning and as a leavening agent in cooking purposes. Sodium Bicarbonate can easily be found at local grocery stores. One of the most popular versions of Baking Soda is Arm and Hammer Baking Soda. Another use it serves is serving as a component is science experiments.
