LEGO bricks are made of ABS

I love making different creations with LEGO bricks, but not many people know that LEGO bricks are made of acrylonitrile + butadiene + styrene more commonly known as ABS, as it is less subject to deformation and discoloration, which gives it properties such as high rigidity, good impact resistance, even at low temperatures, good insulating properties, good weldability, good resistance to abrasion and stress, high dimensional stability (mechanically strong and stable over time), high surface gloss and excellent surface appearance.
