The composition of Caffeine is 8 Carbon, 10 Hydrogen, 4 Nitrogen, 2 Oxygen. Caffeine is a white, odorless, and hygroscopic crystalline solid. Caffeine can either appear as either a white powder or white glistening needles. Caffeine has a large relevance in today's society because of its use. Caffeine is a drug used to stimulate the brain and nervous system. In moderation of its use, it can improve memory, decrease fatigue, and can improve your mental functioning. Caffeine could be found in many drinks such as coffee, tea, soft drinks, and energy drinks. Not only is it in drinks but it can be found in a lot of foods like cereal, ice cream, chocolate, and etc. Caffeine is also in some medication like PMS (Premenstrual Syndrome) because it is a diuretic it reduces bloating in that central area.
