Theobromine (Chocolate)

The molecule I chose to model is Theobromine, a bitter alkaloid of the cacao plant. The reason I chose Theobromine as my molecule is because my family and I love chocolate! It has been our friend during the Lockdown, as we have been baking and eating with chocolate. The yellow atoms, which are the yellow balls, represent carbon, brown represents hydrogen, the blue atoms represent oxygen, and the green represents nitrogen. Theobromine is also in other foods and drinks, such as coffee, tea, and yerba mate. However, too much of theobromine can have an unwanted effect on humans. I guess one could say that I am bittersweet about chocolate.
