Radioisotope Power System, also known as RPS, provides electricity and heat that have the ability to enable a spacecraft to go on scientific missions to places that solar power, chemical batteries and fuel cells cannot go. It’s like a nuclear battery, that can provide light in dark places such as a crater. It’s pretty cool if you think about it, some spaceships run their systems completely through RPS. In a way, RPS is just like a human, every human has the potential to be something great, and have a big purpose not just in their own life, but in other people’s lives as well. Even I have a special power, my special power is I have a lot of grit, which means I never give up, even when things get hard. This is a good life skill for the future because everyone will face something difficult, but what matters is how you handle it, and that's the type of person people want when hiring. When I am older I want to work in the medical field, and that is the type of job where there is no giving up, because another person is relying on you, so don’t give up.
