In order to learn more about the history of Venus and its similarities to Earth, the Relentless mission will orbit Venus while also sending yearly probes to the surface to collect temperature data. The orbiter will study the composition and activity of atmospheric clouds and how they are affecting the planet’s surface, with the specific goal of analyzing the streaks at the tops of Venus’ clouds and determining how they absorb ultraviolet radiation. We will compare changes detected at the surface with the activity in the clouds. The name Relentless reflects the power my steadfast leadership will bring to this mission. My unique power is the ability to bring out the best in a team because I work tirelessly and efficiently, thus inspiring others to work hard as well. We will achieve success by creating a diligent, cooperative workplace with unwavering energy toward accomplishing our goals. The Relentless mission will require collaboration by experts from multiple scientific fields. We will need focus, precision, and commitment to working as a team. With encouragement and enthusiasm, I will set an example for my fellow coworkers to keep everyone on track. This mission could be one of the Space Age’s greatest triumphs.
