I chose this moon because it reminds me of myself. Triton orbits Neptune backwards, which is unusual and suggests that it was likely a captured Kuiper Belt object. It is composed of a mix of rock and ice. Its surface has frozen nitrogen, methane, and water ice. Triton has one of the coldest objects in the Solar System with temperatures around -235 degrees Celsius. When I was born, I came into the world backwards because I was facing the wrong way in my mom’s stomach. I coded minutes after my birth. In order to save my life, the doctors used ice therapy for three days. They dropped my body temperature as low as they could without harming me. The doctors found a way to help me live by exploring new methods. I would use a new method to explore Triton with an AI generated hopper. This radioisotopes powered system (RPS) would be used to collect data, and would have the ability to survive extreme cold. My goals would be to capture high quality pictures and possibly samples of its dust and particles from the ice geysers and cryovolcanic activity. The unique skills and personal strengths of people helps them achieve great things. My superpower is my ability to overcome, because my life challenge is learning with dyslexia. A Hopper Rover can overcome its challenges by jumping and hopping over difficult terrains. I overcome my learning challenges by finding unique ways to learn. With these different ways to learn I am able to hop and leap over learning difficulties in order to complete the mission.
