The Flexiwheel its like a chain with springs pushing it out. It has 24 slightly curved rectangles with tread to increase traction. Also, on every other wheel, I have a spring mechanism that pushes the wheel out. It has enough force to push out during normal operation, but slightly deforms itself when it comes to a rock or other object.. I also have each rectangle attached like a chain to allow for a flexible shape. The wheel’s main focus is to act like a normal wheel under normal conditions and bend around unusually shaped objects and have more contact points when needed. The radius of the wheel is 12 inches and can go up to 20 inches when the wheel is deformed. The rectangles on the outside are made of reinforced steel and aluminum everywhere else. The cap on the wheel to prevent large particles from jamming the wheel.
