MOAM

This wheel is made with the new aluminum mesh on the outside for flexibility and ability to climb over rocks and rough terrain. The center is made of aluminum for strength and the bolts on the sides are to attach to tools, like on the ATHLETE rover. The center of the wheel is designed for the aluminum mesh to have some inner stability and form to return to in case of a large bump that may change the shape of the mesh.
