Ruler

This ruler is measured in millimeters and centimeters. It goes up to 99 mm; I made it that way so that it was a little under the 10 cm maximum. It fits all of the requirements and is practical. It can be used to measure distances between areas to find out how to fix a part or get new parts. I made this because it was a more practical idea than what I have previously seen made and actually meets the requirements.
