Glitter Launcher

The Glitter Launcher is a fun and easy way to brighten someone’s day. The structure is made from paper cups held together by duct tape. The launching mechanism is made from a cut rubber band stapled to each side of the front opening of the barrel. The “ammunition” is a small plastic bag that is filled with glitter and barely closed.To use it, you pull back the rubber band, squeeze the bag between your fingers and in front of the rubber band, and release it. The glitter bag will fly forward, and the glitter will erupt from the bag, creating a firework-like effect. An ideal situation to use it in is if you and your friend lived in the same apartment building. You could aim the glitter at their window and let it fly, making sure to pick up and dispose of the plastic bag, before the bag becomes litter.
