QR Code Scavenger Hunt

The around town QR code scavenger hunt is a fun weekend activity for families to participate in during quarantine. The plan will be posted on the town’s facebook page a week prior informing residents of the event. Participants will then proceed to print one of the 300 different QR codes to tape in their front window. The scavenger hunt begins on Saturday at 9:00 AM and ends Sunday at 3:00 PM. Families will walk or drive around the town searching for these QR codes in people's windows. Once they find one they will use any smart device to scan the code. Depending on the QR code they will receive one of the 300 different images, quotes, or drawings that correlates to the code. People are encouraged to post their pictures of their families and kids to the facebook page, hopefully bringing a smile to the other town residents.
