Stop and Smell the Roses

I wanted to make this project because of all of the sad faces that I saw during the COVID Pandemic and I wanted to cheer people up. I love using chalk to draw pictures and I thought this would be a good way to make people smile when they drive down my street. Lots of people don’t take the time to enjoy the little things that they have in their life. Things like taking walks outside, making art, or even spending time with family can make people happy. I made “Stop and Smell the Roses”, because it is perfect for what is going on now. People need to slow down in life and take the time to enjoy what they have.
