stationary tray

my design is called the stationary tray. its used with velcro. unfortunately i didn't have the time to print it out. but for it to be used you attach a piece of velcro to the back and a separate piece to a surface, then attach them together. you then attach pieces to the side and attach pieces to the velcro that way
