Solar Flower

The solar flower is a sunflower and has six petals that can open and close. The solar flower is not any ordinary flower because each of the six petals is a solar panel. The solar flower’s solar petals collect energy from the sun. The angle of the petals can be adjusted to increase energy output. Astronauts can bring the flower into outer space for space walks. If they bring a flashlight and need more energy they can transfer the energy from the flower. They could also use the energy to power a radio to communicate with the ship.
