Veteran's day pin

My pin has two stars to honor those family members on active duty in times of war or hostilities. I have an orchid on my pin because the orchid represents love and strength. The colors on my flag include red, white, blue, and purple. White signifies purity and innocence; red, hardiness, and valor, and blue signify vigilance, perseverance, and justice, purple means a blending of red and blue, and that was the military’s blending. I wanted to add a purple heart because It is recognized by most military veterans as the national symbol of sacrifice. That is my Veteran’s day pin!
