Veteran's Pin

This pin represents the braveness of the soldiers that fought for our independence and freedom. It is well known that Francis Scott Key is the author of the famous words “the land of the free and the home of the brave.” He wrote those words in 1814 and, ever since 1931, they have been sung as the national anthem of the United States. The quote on the pin says, “ Home of the free, because of the brave. ” it is supposed to mean that we have freedom and independence because of the brave, the brave means the brave soldiers and brave people who fought for our freedom when they could have been fighting for theirs.
