Unity and Freedom

Country, freedom, sacrifice and unity are what this badge represents. Each symbol on this badge represents a branch of the United States Armed Forces. Each branch is made up of United States citizens. They are men and women, old and young, from all over our great country who volunteer to fight for our country's freedom against all enemies, foreign and domestic. Although these branches are separate, they come together in unity to protect the greatest symbol of them all, the American Flag. The men and women that make the United States Armed Forces sacrifice their lives to protect and defend what the American Flag represents, our country's freedom. The American Flag is our nation's greatest symbol and watching it wave is a powerful reminder that the United States of America is the greatest country in the world.
