Honoring Veterans

The pin is designed to give Army veterans honor and personal pride. In the middle of the pin, there is an opening where a piece of paper with their name can fit. As they walk around, their name will be displayed and that could possibly help them meet other people who have also been in the military. It gives a personal touch which will hopefully put a smile on their face. The base of the pin is red to symbolize how brave the veterans are. The blue heart is to show appreciation for the brave people that served in the Army. Additionally, the white star is to show pride for the country they served. The pin states “U.S. Army Proud Veteran” because the purpose of this pin is to honor veterans for their past service. This is intended to give these humble veterans a little bit of dignity.
