This is my veterans day pin. I chose the purple stripes because I saw that it represents the military. The heart that says thank you is a dangling piece. The flower that the eagle has in its mouth is a rose which is the United States flower. The banner at the top is raised up from the other parts of the pin. The sash that the eagle is wearing is an American flag pattern because it is the nation's flag pattern.
