Our Freedom

My pin is supposed to honor all the veterans that have served our country. The pin has the word veterans on it, so people will know who we are honoring and remembering. It also has a star to represent the stars on our flag. I made the colors red, white and so it also represents the colors on our flag. Veterans Day to me means to thank the people who have done their best at protecting our country and our freedom. I don’t know anyone in my own family that has served, but I am still thankful to the others that have. Many people forget what they have done, so I hope that my pin can help them know that they are still appreciated.
