Thank You!

I designed my pin to look like this because it is the color of our flag, and the flag is special to many veterans. Veterans Day to me means a day reserved for us to commemorate past and present veterans and celebrate their courageousness and victories. Even though I have never had anyone in the military from my family, I feel sympathetic towards the families who have someone serving, because it would be very hard to not see a loved one for a long time and always being nervous about their safety. I really hope my pin makes a Veteran feel respected, appreciated and heroic. I probably won’t ever feel or understand what you went through at the time, but I fully appreciate, respect, and honor each and every sacrifice you have made.
