The color of this pin (purple) shows gratitude to all veterans who were wounded or even lost their lives to an enemy action, just like the purple heart.The ribbon is to show awareness to all veterans symbolising all military forces. The blue in the ribbon represents all veterans that have served for our country. The red represents all the blood that has been shed by veterans that have defended and guarded our amazing country. The bald eagle outline has been the official symbol of the United States since 1789.The golden cord symbolises those who have fallen in defense of this country. There are so many amazing veterans that have served for our country.
