For Freedom

I chose the design I did because stars are often used to show that you did a good job. The star on my design was also used to show that they did a good job. I associate veterans and Veterans Day itself with the color green, which is why I used that specific color on my design. Veterans Day to me is a day to honor everyone who fought and contributed to protect our country. It is a very important day. Even though there is a day just for veterans already, I feel that we should make an effort to honor veterans on other days as well. I thank them for all their hard work, effort, sacrifices, service, and many more. I hope my pin makes a veteran feel happy.
