Military Decoder Pin

My pin is a military decoder that actually works. To use it, for example A on top of Z, and you are given letters, and you find them on the rotating wheel while keeping it on A on top of Z. You write the letters down and eventually you get words. It would come with a paper that says A on top of V COVIL XHB ARCREVID. This says Thank you Veterans.
